The brand is C. Wurlitzer Wernitzgrün i.V. There is not much information about this brand. It is a German brand and there is still a  Clemens-Wurlitzer company that has generations of expertise with musical instrument. Possibly this instrument has been made for them by Keilwerth of Kohlert.

Very nice old horn in a very good condition. Feels and sounds like a professional tenor from Keilwerth or Kohlert.
It looks like a Buescher stencil (man on the moon refinforcement of the neck) but has rolled tone holes
Equal serial number on neck (21040) and body.
Estimated to be from about 1920.
Microtuner in the neck.
